In addition to the chance of winning a load of sweet District-specific prizes, you'll also be able to unlock exclusive District 13 content on the Our Leader The Mockingjay app (iOS and Android) by scanning a Doritos bag. You must have a specially marked Doritos bag to participate in the sweepstakes. Yes, I tried without one and now I'm just stting here staring at the screen, craving Doritos.
