Official: Patina Miller is Commander Paylor in 'Mockingjay Parts 1 & 2'

It's official! Patina Miller has been cast as Commander Paylor in 'Mockingjay Parts 1 & 2.'Patina Miller is best known for her stage roles such as Deloris Van Cartier in Sister Act. She won the Tony for her lead role in Pippin.
