Capitol Couture Releases New Capitol Portraits of Peeta & Johanna + Motion Posters

The Capitol PN Releases a New Still of Peeta + Introduces Capitol Concerns

The Capitol PN added an eerie image of Josh Hutcherson as Peeta Mellark to their formerly solo portrait of Donald Sutherland as President Snow. It was chilling to check the site this morning and see Peeta added! We're loving the way they're marketing this film. It's truly making us feel like a citizen of Panem, getting propaganda straight from The Capitol. And if you've been with us from the beginning and have explored our site, you know that's RIGHT up our alley.

The Capitol PN also introduced a new feature today: Capitol Concerns, "an open forum to submit questions, suggestions, and concerns for immediate review and timely resolution" from The Capitol and President Snow himself. We have a feeling that your concerns will be given the UTMOST attention. Perhaps after submitting your concern you'll be brought directly to The Capitol for further "discussion." Hmmm.

President Snow Addresses Panem (aka the 'Mockingjay' Teaser Trailer)

Panem Today. Panem Tomorrow. Panem Forever. Check out the loooong awaited Mockingjay Part 1 teaser trailer! A stark white set and a very serious Donald Sutherland as President Snow addresses Panem on Capitol TV. And look who's next to The Snowster! Hijacked Peeta! Well, maybe not quite hijacked yet, but Josh Hutcherson as Peeta looking more than a little lost, eluding to much of what's been going on since we left the arena in Catching Fire. Who didn't LOSE IT when Peeta looks into the camera on the last beat?

We adore that Lionsgate is going full in-universe propaganda on this teaser and we can't wait to see what they have in store for the rest of the campaign. Yay! We LOVE it!

LISTEN: Josh Hutcherson Talks 'Mockingjay' & His Celebrity Basketball Game on Seacrest

Josh Hutcherson called in to On Air with Ryan Seacrest to talk about the last two installments of Mockingjay, as well as The Josh Hutcherson Celebrity Basketball Game, which takes place on August 8. This must've been pre-taped because we all know Mockingjay wrapped on Friday.

“Tomorrow is our final wrap day for all the Hunger Games,” explains Josh. “One more day, and it’s a very bittersweet ending.”

And when the wrap celebration happens, he jokes, ”I think people are going to party pretty hard. They’ve been shooting this for nine months now … we started in October last year.”

As for Josh’s Celebrity Basketball Game, the 5’7″ actor — who plays for his gay-straight alliance, Straight But Not Narrow – explained how he makes it to the hoop. “It’s a low center of gravity thing, I just make it work. You’ve got to be quick … It’s the third year we’ve done this event. And it’s getting bigger and bigger every year. And so much fun every time.”

This supercut of EVERYTIME anyone says "Peeta" in Catching Fire may forever change the way you hear the Boy With the Bread's name. It will make you love it more, never want to hear it again, or wonder what language these people are actually speaking.

Josh Hutcherson Talks 'Catching Fire' on GMA

Josh Hutcherson took a red eye right after the Catching Fire premiere last night to get to New York in time for a bunch of appearances this week. First up, GMA. Josh talks about Catching Fire, praises the cast and crew, talks about how Peeta has grown, his relationship with Katniss, how he relates to Peeta and what Jennifer Lawrence is really like. They also showed a clip with Peeta and Katniss on the train to the Capitol.
