The second teaser for The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1 will debut tomorrow, Wednesday, July 9th online. Be sure to check Capitol TV and The Hunger Games Youtube channel to view. We'll update you with times as soon as we find out anything. It will likely be around the same time as today's announcement - 10:00am PT/1:00pm ET/6:00pm BST.
